5.How do you handle such a large volume of orders for Personalized DVD during Graduating Season?
Ordering a DVD with us is simple. Simply, search for your school in the Search menu on the home page Page and you will be directed to your school’s page. There you select the year of Graduation and proceed to order.
During ordering, you can upload a personal picture. You also have an option to to pick a picture from our library of generic pictures. You may use this to order a DVD, in case you decide not to use your own picture..
Absolutely. Using one log-in you can choose to order how many ever DVDs you want. You can also personalize each DVD according to your specification. Finally, each DVD can be shipped to different addresses, if you choose.
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to pre-order so we can send your DVD as soon as it is ready, which is typically 2-3 weeks after Graduation Ceremony.

Normally you don’t. However, some schools have specifically asked us to put additional security measure to allow only the School’s parents/student community access to the Graduation videos.
The code should have been given to you in the Graduation packet, send through email or through a flyer. If you have misplaced it or you did not receive the same, you could either contact the school or you could email us at support@gradmemory.com, and we will assist you.
Absolutely not! You can order whenever you want but we encourage you to order early and share your DVD with your family and friends. However, if there is a promotional price of the DVD that may change at a later date.
Your graduation DVD contains the entire graduation ceremony including processional, speeches, degree conferral to the graduate (if part of the Graduation ceremony). The ceremony may or may not be abridged depending on the requirement of the school and the length of the ceremony. In many cases, with School partnership, we have gone beyond graduation to capture important events and clips of the school year as well.

You can personalize two things in the Graduation DVD. First, you can personalize the Graduation DVD by adding the graduate’s name on the DVD and the DVD case. Second, you can personalize the DVD cover with a photo of your choice. This photo can be any digital photo from your PC or from our library of generic photos, which you can use in case you are not interested in using your own picture. This is truly unique and is a memorable keepsake for years to come.
Yes, our software automatically tries to proportionately resize the picture to fit the DVD frame.
Any standard picture taken in a landscape or portrait format from a digital camera is well-suited to upload to the DVD. In case your picture is being distorted, first try uploading another standard picture, if that doesn’t work you can email us at support@gradmemory.com and we will try our best to suitably resize your picture and send it back to you.
Yes. We provide you with a basic editing feature to resize your picture to fit on the DVD frame. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the picture that you have uploaded.
Yes certainly. You can choose a picture from our online library of generic pictures at the time of ordering.
Yes. You do not need to add a picture to proceed with your order. You have the flexibility to order without the picture or send us the picture up to 2 weeks after graduation. When you have the best picture you want to use email that to us at support@gradmemory.com along with your order number. When we receive your picture, we update your order with this new picture.
No, the DVD artwork is finalized after approval from school. It contains picture of school and information about the school, which makes the Graduation DVD complete.
The number of videographers and cameras depends on the size of the event. We plan this with the school to make sure that we have the best coverage. You can be assured that you will receive a professional DVD of the Graduation.
We produce DVDs using our state of the art on-demand DVD production system. It takes about 4-6 weeks after Graduation to complete the post-production and finalize the DVD. Therefore, you can expect DVD at your doorstep within 4 - 6 weeks after Graduation.

No we do not store credit card information anywhere, nor do we have access to it. The payment is processed through PayPal and is a completely safe and secure method of processing.
We obviously have not reached your school as yet. However, if you can help us introduce and send us the contact information, we would provide you a FREE copy of the DVD video, if your school agrees to use our service for your school.
Our DVDs are made to work on standard systems or game stations capable of playing DVDs. We do not take guarantee of our DVD working with older and out-dated DVD players.
We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you. Please send us your original picture to support@gradmemory.com along with your order number. After evaluating the damage, we will send you a replacement DVD with the restored picture.
You should inform us about this damage as soon as you receive your DVD. On assessing the damage, we would replace your DVD for free as soon as possible.
We are really sorry to hear that. However, you cannot return the DVD since the content is similar for all DVDs and the DVD has been produced just for you according to your specifications and therefore it becomes obsolete.
