For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically does not recognize any information regarding user domain or e-mail address. To serve you better, GradMemory collects and uses personal information with adequate notice and consent only, to provide you with product or service you requested. For example, when you register yourself, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete future transactions. We use personal information such as pictures and personal information to provide you the video DVD of the graduation ceremony. The information we collect is used for delivering the product to you and is then discarded. We do not share your data with third party at all. We discard all the images uploaded by you for the purpose of ordering a DVD after a limited time period. We would not use the pictures for any purpose other than providing you the DVD. GradMemory shares Personal Information with carefully screened third-party service providers to provide you with the products, services and information you have requested. Examples of such third-party service providers are credit card authorization companies, DVD Production Company, merchandise distributors and shippers. GradMemory has instructed these service providers not to store, retain or access your Personal Information except to provide our services to you. All financial transactions are done through PayPal. We do not store any financial information on our servers nor will have access to them. Credit card information entered in PayPal is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a credit decision is not used for any other purpose by PayPal. Additionally, PayPal will not be keep credit card information on file longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask them to retain your credit card information for future purchases.

GradMemory shares personal information in the following ways: GradMemory retains service providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services and customer solutions and to assist GradMemory with production and distribution of your DVD.
